30yo professional moving to Banstead for work

Planning to move to Banstead/Purley/surroundings to start a horticulture job at a plant nursery. Looking to move up as soon as possible.

Ideally need some form of parking even if on street (my car is small though).
Don't mind single/double, would be nice to have a garden/be near some green space but not essential. Would be great to have some form of shared space though either garden/living room.

I'm moving up from Cornwall, so ideally I'd like to do an initial virtual viewing & chat, but I'm happy to drive up to London to view/meet after that.

Ideal atmosphere's laid back & friendly but also clean/respectful. I'll be out a lot & I like some alone time but also like to be social:) I have a lot of random interests so can usually find something in common.
