Professional with a cat looking for a home with a

I'm a born & bred East Londoner, but looking to flat share somewhere relatively local to home.
I work full time as a project manager for a medical device manufacturing company, usually from home as the company is based in Costa Rica but that means I travel there every few months or so which is so lovely, getting to explore such a wonderful country so often! Sometimes I stay at my partner's house during the week as I like to break up being at home or work from a cafe.
I'm pretty laidback, some of my hobbies are reading (my current hyperfixation is a somewhat embarrassing fanfic genre!), I've made it my mission to teach myself how to knit this summer but also love to be social & enjoy a day out or evening out at the local pub. I am looking to join a choir once I've settled somewhere.
I'm 35 and have a beautiful cat; Jasmine, so really keen to live in a place with an outdoor space so she can live her best kitty life! I always book her into her favourite cattery when I travel if family are unable to help out, she is my responsibility and that will remain in a new living space. She is a little sweetie & enjoys a good scratch behind the ears from time to time.
I like to relax and cook (& share ofc!) in the evenings, happy to have a natter & love to getting to know new people :) I walk or run most days in my local parks and looking forward to finding a new pilates studio as I usually go twice weekly at the moment.
Hoping to find a lovely home with someone who's happy to live with a cat :)

Thanks,
Sabs x
