Australian Couple Seeking Short Let | 16 Nov – 19

Hi everyone!

We’re Hannes and Mia, a 19-year-old Australian couple moving to London from Brisbane in November. We’re looking for a furnished double room for five weeks (maybe longer), from 16 November to roughly 19 December 2026, before we might head off on some European Christmas travels.

We’re both friendly, tidy, respectful and easygoing. We’re used to busy work schedules and enjoy exploring new places, finding good cafés and pubs, and socialising, but we’re equally happy having a quiet night in. We’d love to live with friendly, considerate flatmates.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

* A furnished double room suitable for a couple
* £200–£300 per week combined, preferably including bills
* A location with good transport connections, ideally Zones 1–2, but open to Zone 3
* Access to a kitchen, washing machine and heating
* A clean, comfortable home in an area that feels safe at night

We’re particularly interested in Camden, Islington, Hackney, Bethnal Green, Mile End, Bermondsey and surrounding areas, but we’re flexible for the right place.

We’re both employed in Australia and can provide professional references if needed. We’re also happy to arrange a video call or virtual viewing before moving in.
