Aussie, 28, new to London | Looking for flat

Hey, I'm Chris! I'm 28 and have just made the move to London from Brisbane, Australia.

I've spent the last several years working in development commercial property and decided it was time for a change of scenery, so I've made the move over to the UK.

I'm pretty laid back, tidy and considerate. I enjoy keeping active, going to the gym, catching up with mates over a few drinks, and getting out and exploring new places. Equally happy having a quiet night in.

Ideally, I'd love to find a house with people around a similar age who are up for the occasional dinner, pub trip or doing things together, while still respecting everyone's own space.

I'm looking for a furnished double room, ideally around Brixton, Clapham, Stockwell or the surrounding areas. My budget is up to £1,300 per month including bills, and I'm flexible on the length of stay for the right place.

I'm currently staying with a friend in Brixton, so I'm available to move in straight away and can easily arrange viewings.
