42M Self Employed

Hi I am happy to have my own place or share with one or two others long-term. I would like a big and quiet space in or around Newcastle/Gateshead/Tyneside/Northumberland with parking.
I'm self employed on a good salary.
No smoking or pets or parties, just working and gaming.
Furnished preferred, unfurnished considered.
Bills included preferred, otherwise considered.
I have deposit and few months rent up front.
Moving to be closer to work in Newcastle as I am from the Midlands.
