2 bedroom + lounge + parking, needed
Hi, I am interested in this kind of property.
My previous tenancy was in a three-bedroom house (rented at £1800 per month and £150 bills) until October 15th. I gave notice to end my tenancy because the landlord refused to let me host two women—war refugees from Ukraine—as a sponsor under the government's "Homes for Ukraine" scheme; so, this is a deal-breaker for me. Another important question concerns parking: I have a small car and a small work van, though I am away between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. (so, the van will need to park by night and weekends only). Non-smoker, no children, no pets.
I'm working full time at ASPECT Maintenance Ltd, as Fire Engineer. My net monthly income is between £5000 and £6000. I have a recent DBS certificate.
