Clean professional looking for a room to rent

Hi, I’m David, an architectural designer currently building a start-up. I rent a separate office, so I’ll only use the room for sleeping and unwinding. I’m out working most of the day, and I travel for about two weeks every other month, so I’ll be away a fair amount.

I’m clean, tidy and considerate, and I respect shared spaces. I’d like a calm, friendly household where everyone gets on but also gives each other space.

Ideally:

Parking nearby
An ensuite shower would be a bonus
