I’m looking for an affordable double room or self-contained studio in London, Greater London or the surrounding areas.

I’m open to either a room in a clean, respectful household or a private studio, depending on availability and affordability.

My preferences are:

- Double room (w&w/o en-suite) or self-contained studio.
- Affordable monthly rent, ideally with bills included.
- Clean, well-maintained accommodation.
- Access to local amenities and good transport links.
- A peaceful and respectful living environment.

I’m tidy, considerate and respectful of the property and other occupants. I’m looking for somewhere comfortable where I can settle in.
