My husband and I are looking for a 1 bedroom property to live in the areas of Kent, Essex, East and west Sussex.. Southampton, and other areas considered
Our budget is £1300 per month we would prefere all bills included but if not no worries.
We're both in receipt of Universal Credit,
If any shortfall, it can be covered by benefit (universal credit, pip)
We are genuine, good tenants, nice quiet, clean and tidy,
