Hey everyone! 👋

I’m Vlad, 39, originally from Ukraine but a Londoner at heart. I’ve been living in London for 17 years now, and I’m looking for a lovely new place to call home, ideally with friendly, easy-going flatmates.

A little about me:

I work in marketing and doing a bit of freelance consultancy as a little extra.

I’m a sociable, upbeat and positive person who loves meeting new people, having a good laugh and enjoying a nice conversation over coffee or dinner. I also value personal space and downtime, and I’m respectful of other people’s routines and privacy.

Outside work, I enjoy keeping active, exploring London, spending time with friends and volunteering with LGBTQI+ youth support charities, including London Friends and Stonewall.

I’m clean, tidy, don’t drink or smoke, considerate and pretty relaxed about most things. I enjoy a friendly household where people get along, occasionally cook or socialise together, but also have their own lives. Definitely looking for a home rather than somewhere to simply sleep.

A few practical things:

- Looking for a comfortable room in a friendly, welcoming household.
- I’m fairly flexible with moving dates\. Ideally I’d like to move asap, but I’m happy to arrange temporary accommodation if the right room isn’t ready yet.
- I also have a few pieces of furniture which might come in handy, although I’m flexible about those too.
- Happy to provide references and any additional information.

I also have a kitty cat called Janet. She’s shy, tidy, cute and friendly (lil rescue girl), so ideally I’m looking for a place where cats are welcome.

Most importantly, I’d love to find a place with good people, a relaxed atmosphere and a sense of home.
