Friendly, Creative Professional Seeking a Double R

Hi! I'm Jordan, 33, a friendly, easy-going working professional looking for a comfortable double room in East or North London, ideally somewhere I can settle long-term.

**A little about me**

I work as an AV Technician in the events industry, alongside contractual digital design work. I'm creative, tech-savvy and sociable, with interests in music, football, design, technology, cooking and exploring London.

I'm someone who enjoys a good conversation, sharing a laugh, cooking together or occasionally heading out for a drink, gig or something fun. Equally, I'm independent, enjoy my downtime and respect everyone's personal space.

**What I'm looking for**

Ideally, a furnished double room in a clean, well-maintained home with access to a good kitchen and bathroom facilities. A shared living room or garden would be a lovely bonus!

I'm particularly interested in Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone, Stratford, Hackney and surrounding East/North London areas.

I'd love to live with friendly, considerate people who genuinely get along, whether that's occasionally sharing a meal or simply having a chat after work. I appreciate a relaxed, welcoming household without pressure to socialise constantly.

**What you can expect from me**

I'm clean, tidy, respectful and considerate of communal spaces. I value good communication, personal boundaries and everyone doing their part to make a house feel like a home.

**Moving arrangements**

I'm looking to move ASAP and am ready to proceed with:

- Deposit and upfront rent available
- Two UK-based guarantors
- Flexibility to pay 1–2 months' rent upfront
- Supporting references if required

I'm flexible with viewings and happy to meet potential housemates to see if we'd be a good fit.

Thanks for reading!

Jordan
