Kiwi looking for room

Looking for a fairly modern place, fully furnished in London. Not too fussed on proximity to the tube as I enjoy zoning out on a long commute, just would like to live in a lively area with a bit of personality/art culture, and preferably some flatties who share that interest.

I'm fairly social, actively building a circle again having just moved from NZ, but I do value downtime very highly if I need to recharge and equivalently will respect anyone else's when needed. Have lived in several different flatting situations back home and am always respectful/clean/sensible. I may semi-frequently partake in a night out but I won't disturb the peace even in my most heinous state.
