Professional seeking a room

Looking for a room to rent in Newcastle preferably near Arthur's hill area.

Alright everyone, I'm looking to move out of my current place and find somewhere new around Newcastle.

I'm 27, working in support work, and looking for a decent place to settle into. I'm easygoing, respectful and tidy, and I get on well with people. I'm happy having a laugh and socialising with housemates, but I also respect that everyone has their own lives and likes their own space.

Outside of work, I'm into gaming and going to the gym, so that's usually how I spend a lot of my free time.

Ideally, I'm looking for a decent-sized bedroom in a house with a proper living room and kitchen, rather than somewhere where everyone just stays in their bedrooms. Bills included would be a massive bonus, and I'm hoping to find somewhere I can comfortably settle into long-term.
