I’m moving to Manchester soon for work and looking for an ensuite room in a 2 or 3-bedroom apartment around the City Centre (or nearby areas like Ancoats, Green Quarter, Spinningfields, Castlefield, or Salford Quays).
Budget: £700–£900/month (excl. bills).

A bit about me:
Work Routine: I work a standard Monday–Friday job, so I keep a pretty structured routine during the week.

Hobbies: In my free time, and on weekends, I usually go on for rock climbing and hiking.

Living Style: Clean, organized, and respectful of personal space.

I’m always up for a shared chat, dinner, or outing plans but equally appreciate quiet downtime during busy workweeks.

What I’m looking for:
An available ensuite room in an existing 2 or 3-bed flatshare.

Like-minded flatmates to "Buddy Up" on SpareRoom or Rightmove to find a nice, modern 2–3 bed city centre apartment together.
