Room wanted: Ancoats/NQ/Central

Hi! I’m Pedro, 29, a professional working in HSE, looking for a room in a friendly, sociable flatshare in Ancoats or the Northern Quarter.

Budget: 900/1000 per month, bills included.

Moving in: December/January (flexible to match my notice period)

About me: I work hybrid, though I often choose to go into the office, so I’m usually only home during the day once or twice a week.

Outside work, I love getting out for food and coffee, pub nights and nights out, and I’m a keen runner. I also enjoy the occasional night in, so I’m just as happy with a film and a takeaway as a night on the town.

What I’m looking for: A relaxed home with an easy-going flatmate who’s a clean and tidy professional. I’d love to get to know the people I live with, whether that’s a chat in the kitchen or a drink out, but I also respect everyone’s own space and downtime.
