Double bedroom wanted

Hi there I'm looking to rent one double bedroom with one or two other people either in Sittingbourne or Faversham area. I don't work due to as I have a severe mental health condition and a learning disability. I'm looking to be a live in lodger and I can pay my weekly/monthly rent directly to the landlord from my universal credit as I don't work as I need a home that accepts people who don't work and are unemployed not just people who work and are professionals. I'm available to move in one month from now as I need to give my current landlord 30 days notice to vacate the property and hand the keys back to the landlord who is Southern Housing. I'm a very polite person and would get on with anyone as I have good manners as I'm a clean and considerate person and would respect the tenants living there and the live in or out landlord.
