Quiet, working professional seeks annexe or 1-bed

Hi, I’m Jamie, a full-time pest control technician looking for a self-contained annexe, garden lodge, converted outbuilding or small 1-bed to rent from early to mid December.
I’m moving to be closer to my daughter. She’ll usually visit about once a week, and I’d like the option of the occasional sleepover, but not often.
I’m a non-smoker, I have no pets, and I’m tidy and quiet. I love walking, so somewhere with footpaths or woods nearby would be ideal. I drive a work van, so off-road parking would be a big help.
Areas: Princes Risborough and the villages around it (Saunderton, Bledlow, Lacey Green, Speen), Naphill, Hughenden Valley, Prestwood, the Missendens, Amersham and Chesham villages, or similar.
Budget: up to £950 a month, or a bit more if bills are included.
