Hi, I'm Tracy! 😊

I'm looking for a studio, flat or friendly house/flat share in or around Kelham Island, Sheffield.

Ideally, I'd love a double room with an en suite, although I'm open to other options if the place feels right.

I'm 58, young at heart, friendly, positive and easygoing. I work for a software company based at Park Hill, where my passion is people, culture and creating environments where everyone can thrive.

I'm very clean and tidy, respectful of other people's space and enjoy a lovely, relaxed home environment.

I love a good chat, a laugh and getting to know people, but equally value my independence, quiet time and personal space. I think the best house shares are those where everyone feels comfortable being themselves.

I currently house share, so I'm very used to sharing a home and being considerate of others.

Kelham Island has caught my eye ever since I started working in Sheffield, and I'd love to make it my new home.
