Friendly, respectful and comes with dog

My name is Dan, I'm 31, from Wales originally and work in central London.

Looking for a place in Peckham/Nunhead/East Dulwich/Denmark Hill sort of area.

I'm a pretty social person with many of my friends living in and around South London. I like to run, go to the cinema (this happens very often), read and go to gigs/concerts. I listen to as many different kinds of music as possible.

I'm very polite, and aware and respectful of people's boundaries. I appreciate a friendly and engaged home environment (socialising, playing board games and cooking together, etc) and equally appreciate some peaceful alone time.

I have a dog named Bono (7 year old whippet) that I share with my ex, so I have him for a couple/few weeks at a time. He's a very good boy, super docile and very cute. So I love taking him out for walks too.

I'm a big believer in keeping the home clean and tidy, and similarly, Bono is kept a very clean dog.
