28 year old professional looking for a double room

Hello, My name is Rohit Sujanani and I am a teacher based in London looking for a new home. I am free to move im whenever fits! My last home fell through due to inheritance tax issues with the landlord, but I was living there happily for 3 years. I'm a great housemate who loves to socialise but is also respectful of privacy and wanting a chill night in. Here are some other reasons that might appeal to you:

- Big into the gym, so rarely in the house in the evening
- Don't work from home
- Have lived in flat shares for just under ten years and haven't had a problem
- very easy to small talk with or equally pass by without any conversation needed
- communication always comes first in a flat share

If I sound like the kind of person you might enjoy living with or if you have any questions, feel free to message me and Ill happily respond.😊
