Hi!
We are two students planning to move to Woking in January 2027. We are interested in renting this property together.
We are happy to share the same double room. Our combined budget is around £350–£450 per month, ideally including bills. We are happy to share the house with other students or working professionals.
We are responsible, friendly and tidy people. We respect the property, maintain cleanliness, keep the kitchen and common areas neat, and make sure the house is well looked after.
We are looking for a peaceful, comfortable home for our studies and would take good care of the property throughout the tenancy.
