F Professional looking for Canada Water buddy-up

Hey, my name is Natalia and I am a 25 (almost 26) year old professional looking to find a 2 bed 2 bath flat in Canada Water/Surrey Quays/Rotherhithe area and someone to share a flat with.

I have lived in this area for approx. 5 years but I would like a change of scenery.

Day-to-day
I have a 9-5 (sometimes later) job, going to the office once or twice a week (or more depending on the week, but it’s not fixed). So I work from home as well.
Besides that, I like to work out regularly, I usually go to the gym before work and on the weekends. I also like playing badmtinon and just generally being active.
I try to spend my weekends outside of the house as much as I can and the weather allows it :)))
I also like to cook at home more than to eat out, but I wouldn’t say I spend more than 45 mins in the kitchen after work (those quick high protein recipes are life savers).
Sometimes I watch shows, play board games, read in my room. So I am not buzzing around too much after work usually.

Important things about me / Non negotiable
- Cleanliness
I really really care to live in a clean shared space. I am not too intense, but I never leave any mess after myself, I try to clean if I see any mess or stains, don’t like seeing stuff on the floor. I would probably work best with someone that would like a semi flexible cleaning schedule. Or in general really cares about cleanliness.
This is a non negotiable for me and please, if you think we’d be different, maybe I’m not the best person for you.
- Noise
I am a quiet person and I get quite agitated hearing loud noise, loud music, door slamming etc. I always try to make sure I am extremely considerate about the people I live with, I am silent early morning and in the evenings, I try to not make loud noises, I don’t play loud music or loud shows.
I have struggled in the past with people that don’t have an issue with loud sounds, so I know that it wouldn’t work for me.
- Guests
No issue with having friends over but big house parties (resulting in noise very late), I don’t really do them.
I might invite a friend or two over to watch something but not loud house parties.

About me
I am an ambivert. I like art, music, psychology, nature, animals, plants, clothes, mindfulness.
I have a boyfriend that comes over a night or two per week. As I said I am a quiet person so he doesn’t make his presence very known, but worth mentioning.
I usually mind my own business, I don’t like to bother people, but it would be very lovely to find someone to maybe watch or cook something with from time to time, if we find common interest :)
