Two Working Professionals Looking for a 2-Bed Flat

Hey!

We’re two friends in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a two-bedroom flat to call home in London.

I’m 30 and work as a software engineer, mostly remotely. Outside of work, I’m into running, the gym, fashion, photography and exploring London’s food and social scene.

We’re both working professionals, responsible, tidy and respectful of the space we live in. We’re sociable but also appreciate having a relaxed, comfortable home.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

* A two-bedroom flat with a separate living area
* Good transport links, preferably close to a Tube station
* South or East London, although we’re open to other well-connected areas
* A long-term rental

We’re particularly interested in areas like Tooting, Balham, Clapham and well-connected parts of East London.

We’re flexible with moving dates and happy to arrange viewings.
