House share in Alton and nearby area

I'm a working professional relocating to the Alton area for a new professional opportunity in January 2027.

I'm looking for a clean, comfortable and well-maintained room, studio or flat share, ideally within a 15–20-minute drive of Alton.

I'm open to sharing with another working professional or a responsible, like-minded individual. I value a peaceful living environment where everyone respects each other's privacy, keeps communal areas clean and is considerate of others.

**A little about me:**
- Full-time working professional.
- Non-smoker.
- No pets.
- Clean, tidy and respectful.
- Happy to share kitchen and bathroom facilities.
- I have my own car, so parking would be a bonus.

My preferred move-in date is around mid-to-late December 2026.

My monthly budget is approximately £600–£750, ideally including bills.

I'm looking for somewhere I can comfortably call home, rather than just a place to sleep.
