Looking for friendly Clean housemates

Some context:
Im a mental health practitioner who's just landed a role in north east London . I'm from Wandsworth , lived there functionally all my life, but I'm looking to move more Eastern (north or south of the river) to shorten my commute to work.

🏠My housing desires:
In ideal world I'm looking for 2-3 housemates between 21-29 who are sociable and clean. Preferably through buddy ups as I want to get a place rather than coming into a preestablished housing environment.

We don't have to be bestfriends but it would be nice to do the odd activity together every so often.

👨🏾‍💻What you can expect from me:
I work from home maybe once or twice a week, and I have a girlfriend who will be over on the odd occasion, (may stay the occasional weekend at most).
I am clean in shared spaces and I'm conscientious of noise.
Importantly, I won't badger anyone to be social when they're feeling drained, everyone needs downtime.
