Professional guy looking to move closer to friends

Hi all,

I'm a building automation engineer looking to move slightly out of London nearer to friends in Hertfordshire. I'm looking for a room for approximately 10-12 months.

I'm friendly and outgoing, involved in local community projects and enjoy working out at the gym.

I work a hybrid role where I spend some time in the office, some time on site and sometimes WFH.

I love to cook and would happily share my creations with those I share with.

I love to travel, I'm into F1 (I try and go to a race each year) and I love music festivals and live music events.

I'd love to be a part of a friendly household who occasionally sit and play a board game or similar together, but I am also quite happy keeping myself to myself as I live a busy lifestyle and am often out with friends.
