Hello,
I’m interested in renting the room. I travel very frequently due to work and personal commitments, so I would only need to stay in the room approximately once a week, usually for one night.
I’m looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay when I’m in the area. As I would be using the room only occasionally, I would hardly be there during the week.
Please let me know if this arrangement would be suitable for you.
I am available to pay 400 month .
