Hope you’re well,
My name is Joseph, I am a 27 y. o. moving to Cardiff and looking to rent from 01/12. I work as a physiotherapist and have accepted a permanent contract working privately in Cardiff. I am clean, sociable and non-smoker, rarely a drinker (only for occasions). My job will require me to be there for 5-6 days a week including weekend working.
I currently am living in Aberdeen and have rented here for the past 5 years with no issues and can provide references on request. Have never made a late rent payment in my life!
Let me know what suits,
Cheers
