I am a 25 year old Italian professional looking for a single or double room from 1 December 2026, with a budget of up to £1,200 pcm excluding bills.

Please note: I am only looking for places within 30 minutes door to door from Green Park station. Kindly do not contact me if your property is further than that. Thank you!

I work in finance in St James’s, five days a week in the office, so I am out most of the week. I am tidy and quiet at home.

In my free time I go to the gym and play sport, mainly tennis and padel. I like electronic music and going out with friends at the weekend, either to the pub or to clubs. I also play drums (no drum kit coming with me, don’t worry) and I enjoy reading.

I would like to share with friendly people, male or female, ideally between 22 and 35, who keep the house clean and are up for a chat or a drink now and then.
