Short term en-suite needed. (2 small fish tanks)

Hi all.
Just putting feelers as I have managed to find myself in a perfectly poorly chosen timescale for a move down to East Sussex for a new role which would likely start around the 5th December.

I am looking for a landing base of 3-4 months and have a minimal amount of things as most of my stuff is in storage. What I can't put in storage though are 2 small fishtanks (only about 70kg each) which need to come with me and will sit on their own rack.

I'm hoping to move into a more permanent setup in early 2027.

Essentials - en-suite !!!!!, car parking either on a drive or directly outside on the road - need car for travel work in a rural location. Washing machine etc.

Occupation - professional, charity manager. Currently in NW England.

Personality - talk too much, happy to share a takeaway, might be a bit work focused (new job) to start with. Dry dark humour and centre left politically so - please no bigots / racists / Reform etc.
Have mainly pitched this as for an existing room - but if you have a buddy-up almost ready to roll, then I might be interested too (no more than 3 peeps in total).
