Couple Seeking Spacious Double/En-suite – £700–£85

Hi everyone!

We are a friendly, responsible, clean and respectful couple looking for a spacious double or master bedroom for a long-term stay.

**Preferred locations:** Ilford, Barkingside, Fairlop, Newbury Park, Gants Hill, Redbridge, Wanstead, Leytonstone, Leyton, Stratford, Mile End, Bethnal Green, West Ham, Forest Gate, Hackney, Homerton and nearby areas.

We would ideally like to live within 5–15 minutes' walking distance of a train or Underground station.

**Our requirements and preferences:**

- Spacious double or master bedroom, preferably with a private toilet and shower (en-suite).
- Furnished or unfurnished rooms considered.
- Access to a kitchen and washing machine.
- Clean, peaceful and well-maintained property.
- **Non-smoking and alcohol-free household preferred.** We would like to live with people who do not smoke or drink alcohol at home.
- We are comfortable living in a pet-friendly household.
- Looking to move in as soon as possible.

**Budget: £700–£850 per month TOTAL for both of us, including all bills and council tax.**

Our budget depends on the room size, furnishing, property condition, number of housemates and bathroom-sharing arrangements.

For a spacious, well-furnished room with a private bathroom or fewer people sharing, we can consider up to £850.

For an unfurnished room or a property with several occupants sharing the bathroom, our maximum budget would be around £700 including bills.

We would appreciate knowing how many people currently live in the property and how many share each toilet and bathroom.

We are considerate of others' privacy, keep shared spaces clean and are looking for a comfortable, peaceful home.
