Double room or to buddy up with women :)

Hello! My name is Sumeyra, I’m a 29 year old professional currently living and working in Kent. I’m a trainee clinical psychologist so I work and study, meaning I mostly do a 9-5 but I split my time at work/uni and working from home. It also means that whilst I have student status and I am exempt from council tax (yay) I receive a full salary whilst I work so I would have no issues with rent/bills.

I’m a friendly, bubbly, sociable, kind and caring, and warm person who like to spend time with others exploring, chatting, eating out, watching movies or TV, but also likes to spend time solo. I spend many of my evenings unwinding watching TV and movies or doing artwork. I love listening to music (but v happy doing so with my headphones on so I’m v respectful towards others and appreciate the same myself). I love to go on walks and hikes and discover new places, I also love going to gigs or concerts, or to the theatre. I like to keep a quieter, friendly and calm home environment and am clean and tidy and mindful of others.

I’m looking for a place preferably in North/West Kent but could consider South West London (or possibly somewhere more towards the coast near Herne Bay/Whitstable). Im looking for a double room, preferably with an en suite but it’s not a must have. I am studying an intense course and spend a lot of time studying at home, and I’m generally a quiet and respectful person, so would like to buddy up with someone who has similar values and would be happy living in a quieter home (I. e. not a party house). I would prefer to live with women aged 25-35 (though I would consider those aged 20-25 too who are looking for a quieter household).

I can’t live with dogs unfortunately so if you have a dog or would want one then I wouldn’t the right housemate for you sadly however I do love cats so would be open to that (so long as you would be holding all responsibility for them as I can’t commit to taking care of a pet right now).
