Looking for mates to share a place in Liverpool!

Hi! I'm a 27yo engineer working in Liverpool looking for a flatmate or two to find a place with, ideally near Lark Lane/Aigburth however I'm happy to look around - just want somewhere cool and spacious!

I'm friendly, clean, sociable, respectful of personal space and would like to have a place to call home with likeminded people, I like a night out as much as a night in and up for anything. Love music, snowboarding, gym, gigs, festivals, travelling, coffee, cars, art, video games and probably a hundred other things.

Would really like to find people I can be social with rather than co-exist, I'm not fussy would just like to share some interests:) I do occasionally record vocals as I produce music, but I'm considerate about noise. If you have a pet I love animals so you're cool to bring your mate along.

My budget is £650PCM inc bills but for the right place I would stretch a little further, I'd rather pay a bit extra for somewhere spacious in a nice area than compromise too much. Preferably not an apartment building and somewhere to park would be great, but I'm more than happy to have a look around.

I work from home 3 days a week usually, however my job requires me to travel so there will be some weekdays I won't be home. I'm looking to find a place from February onwards, so plenty of time. If I sound like someone you'd want to live with please just shoot me a message!
