Looking for a Modern En-suite House Share

Hi! I’m looking to relocate to Manchester in January 2027 for work and am currently searching for a modern, well-maintained house share.

I’m a friendly, clean, tidy and respectful person who values a peaceful and comfortable living environment. I’m happy to socialise with housemates but also appreciate having my own space.

Ideally, I’m looking for:

* A private en-suite bedroom.
* A modern property, preferably a new build or recently renovated.
* A clean, well-maintained shared living space.
* All bills included in the rent.
* Good transport links

My budget is ideally up to £800 per month, including bills, although I'm willing to be flexible depending on the property and what it offers. My preferred move-in date is January 2027.

I’m open to living with other young professionals and would love to find somewhere that feels like a comfortable home rather than just a room to rent.
