I’m an author and I also host live gatherings. I work from home some of the time, but I’m also out and about a lot. I’m calm, grounded, tidy, and respectful of other people’s space, and I’m looking for a place that feels relaxed, easy, and good to be in. I prefer honest communication, a peaceful atmosphere, and living with people who are kind and straightforward.

Priorities:

1. A flat that feels good to live in
and enough space to work properly
2. A decent desk setup
3. Good sleep, so not too noisy
4. Parking space.
5. Not more than around 40-60 mins walk into town centre

I’m naturally independent and live an active life, so Im very much in my own rhythm, but I’m always friendly and open to a good connection if it happens naturally.
