34 year old female looking for a double room

I am 34 years old, looking for a double room or small flat for myself, my house trained chihuahua and my 5 fancy rats to move into. My chihuahua is 7 years old now, house trained, not destructive and friendly.

My rats live in large cages, therefore unable to cause damages to property. They are friendly, well handled and are social. They are cleaned out regularly so smell isn't an issue. 2 are now elderly and enjoy cuddles.

I'm laid back, tidy and considerate. I work part time in care and am part time self employed. I have a very keen interest in animals and nature, I spend a lot of time with my animals when not working.
