Room Wanted from April

Hi all...Quiet and friendly person with Own Business in sussex for over 30 years doing Property maintenance and caretaking services.. As my current job location is in Brighton, i would be looking in areas within about a 45 minute drive.. Looking for a room or bedsit, annexe etc, or even a static caravan now the weather is milder (don't mind)..Small room would be fine as I have minimal amount of just work clothes.. Full references from large established property companies built up over many years.. .. Move date would be from April for approx 2 months up to the end of May initially, and possibly month by month there after or happy to do on a weekly basis if preferred (weekly rent to be discussed).. Minimal cooking facilities needed as I tend to eat out.. Easy going and considerate with a friendly nature.. Happy to socialise or equally be self contained.. Young or older age group works fine for me. Car driver, so parking would be handy. Clean and tidy.. Vegetarian.. Portslade, southwick, lancing, Worthing, littlehampton or just outside Brighton area.. etc.. Flexible moving date.. Many thanks
