Room Wanted From February

Hi all.. Helpful, Quiet, semi retired and friendly person (Own Business in sussex 30 years)..Looking for a room or bedsit, or maybe a live-in companion or caretaker situation could be accomodated, as previously ran a Home Help/Handyman/Property and holiday home, caretaking business.. ideally from mid to end of February up to the end of May and possibly longer, if we suit..(will be away on holiday for 3 weeks in march)... Currently renting a flat in angmering, so good references from landlord... Minimal cooking facilities needed... Easy going and considerate with a friendly nature.. Happy to socialise or equally be self contained.. . Young or older age group works fine for me. Car driver, so parking would be handy. Clean and tidy.. Vegetarian.. Worthing, goring, littlehampton, Bognor or surrounding areas etc.. Flexible moving date.. Many thanks
