Hi! My names Jared, from South Wales and I'm currently looking for a new place in London. I'd prefer somewhere SW like Clapham/Balham but also open to moving further East near Canary Wharf (where I work). Not looking for North London.
I've been in London 4 years and just looking for somewhere new to live.

I'm good with cleaning up after myself and helping around the house generally. On the whole I like to consider myself a down-to-earth sociable person and easy to live with.
A bit about my interests: I enjoy my sports - football, swimming + gym. I love chilling early week and going out on weekends. Watching TV - particularly stuff on Netflix/love island etc.
