I am looking for a decent sized room with a desk & a decent amount of storage space living. I am happy to share with, I like living in an Annex with a shared kitchen and somewhere quiet particularly after 10am and before 7am.
I sometimes invite people for food, to hang out and drink the odd beer, but a lot of the time I like to relax, study and exercise.
