Professional, sociable, looking for a quality house share

Hi, I'm Ryan, 35, and currently living in Essex. Following a recent break-up, I'm looking for somewhere back in Kent.

I work full-time as a Sales Area Manager, covering the UK and Northern Europe. I work from home when I'm not travelling for business, so a comfortable space to work is important.

I'm friendly, sociable, clean and considerate. I enjoy going to the gym, running, getting out and about, and having a laugh over a drink or dinner. I enjoy my own space too, so ideally I'd like to live with people who are equally happy socialising or doing their own thing.

I'm looking for a modern, well-maintained house with a good standard of living and housemates who take pride in their home.

My budget is £1,200–£1,600 per month, and I'm looking to move in December or January, although I'm flexible for the right place.

I'm open to different locations, particularly Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire.
