Ensuite accommodation wanted in/near Cambridge

Hi, I am a Senior Scientist looking to within 10-15 miles of south Cambridge area (towards EBI/ Sanger campus). Parking required. Am neat, friendly, quiet and responsible.

Need a large, furnished, ensuite double room in a shared house (1-4 residents) OR a flat (1-bed, or studio) with work desk, ample wardrobe, shared living room, garden/ terrace, shared kitchen and the usual amenities (dryer, washing machine, oven, microwave) in a quiet and safe area. Bills included. Don't want to share with too many people as have seen houses with over 3-4 people can get noisy. I'm friendly and sociable but prefer to have quiet nights after 11pm which larger shared houses don't have.

Preferred areas: Cherry Hinton, Shelford, Stapleford, Hinxton, Sawston, Saffron Walden, Royston, Trumpington, Bourn or Hitchin.

Work from home 3 times a week so need good Wi-Fi and live with friendly, quiet and tidy professional housemates. Also, am a smoker (cigarettes only) but only outdoors as I strongly dislike the smell indoors. No other vices.
