Looking for a double room in a flat or house share

I am a 59 year old mental health worker who works as an activities co-ordinator on a challenging behaviour unit in Lambeth. I work Monday- Friday 8-4pm.
I would prefer the Dulwich area, or Forest Hill/Brockley, Sydenham, or Peckham Rye, or Lewisham areas, but would not rule out others.
I enjoy being sociable on occasions, and also like my own space at times.
I have a wide range of interests and i am an easy going, caring, peaceful, and pleasant person to live with. I respect peoples feelings and needs and am a tidy person.
A room with plenty of storage space and a double bed would be very useful. Broadband and Wi-Fi are a must. I would also need somewhere safe where i can hopefully store my bike, and would like a home that is peaceful, especially at night, as my job is very demanding and tiring.
Also a lounge/living room would be a huge plus, and i would also prefer a property with no more than three other tenants.
It would also be good to live in a property where everybody looks after it and keeps it clean instead of leaving it to one person, and where everybody chips in for cleaning products and any other necessities.
