Professional, mature female requires room

Looking to share with ideally one other person (can include live in landlord or a couple). Double/ single room. Use of garden & lounge if possible, and off-road parking would be useful.
Looking for a homely environment with someone who is easy going and sociable. I would be very much respectful of someone else’s home.
I like to keep my environment clean & tidy I enjoy cooking (particularly homemade style curries),so would be glad to share the odd meal. I enjoy the outdoors for a variety of pursuits, and don't do late night outs. I enjoy a good conversation as well as relaxing in front of the TV or catching up with my family in the States.
