Professional, mature female requires room

Looking to share with ideally one other person (can include live in landlord or a couple). Spacious double/ single room. Use of garden & lounge if possible, and off-road parking would be useful.
Looking for a homely environment with someone who is easy going. I enjoy meeting new people, getting involved in new activities, and generally I’m a friendly sociable person. I like to keep my environment clean, so doing my part of the cleaning chores is not a problem.
I like to have a varied, healthy diet; so cooking / kitchen time is important, and of course always glad to share the odd meal.
I try to be outdoors as much as possible, and don't tend to have very late nights.
Although being very sociable, like most private time is also important. In the evenings I’m often catching up with my family in the States, occasionally like to eat out (being a foodie, quality is important)).

I have a good sense of humour, reliable and easy going.
