Hi, I'm Jawed – a legally trained professional currently based in Manchester. I am clean, quiet and respectful, and I take pride in keeping my home well maintained. I am easy to get along with but also value my own space and a calm, stable living environment.

I am currently between professional roles and actively interviewing, with interviews and applications progressing. In the meantime, I receive Universal Credit and can demonstrate a reliable income. I am looking for a long-term home and am in a position to move immediately.

I do not smoke, have no children or pets, and live a low-key lifestyle. I do not host parties and spend much of my time focused on work, study and professional development.

My current accommodation is no longer suitable for my needs due to a change in household circumstances, so I am seeking a self-contained one-bedroom property where I can settle and focus on securing my next role.

I can provide identification, proof of income and a positive reference from my current landlady, who can confirm that I am a respectful, reliable and responsible tenant.
