Looking for a nice room in North Ldn

Hello,

I am looking for a nice, bright and clean double or single room in a friendly flat/house preferably in North London (East Finchley, Highgate, Muswell Hill, Hampstead) from July 2026 (flexible in terms of the moving date).

I work as an international non-profit organisations and safeguarding consultant. I have lived in London for 12 years, rented a flat for 7 years from a private landlord. Over the last two years, I have lived semi-nomad life and spent some time abroad, but would love to stay connected with London long term. Ideally, I would love to live in London for 3 - 4 months in a year, while
maintaining permanent home in London. I am also open to property guardianship.

I am friendly, clean and respectful. I enjoy trekking, art galleries, travelling, strolling around London, socialising over a nice dinner, and other watching good tv shows.
