I work a hybrid schedule, splitting my time between the office and home.

I am easy going, quiet, clean and friendly, with an empathic and considerate nature , the kind of tenants who respects both the property and the neighbours.

Looking for a furnished double bed or ensuite studio, with bills (or most of) included.

As my wages are paid weekly, I would also prefer weekly rental payments — though I am happy to discuss arrangements that work for both parties.

I have over 14 years of continuous professional experience working in the UK, along with a solid rental history. I have rented rooms and flats throughout this time without any issues whatsoever and can provide clear references if deemed necessary.

I'm a quiet, responsible professional who takes great care of any space I live in, and I'm looking for somewhere I can truly settle into and call home.
