Looking for new home

I am looking to flat/ house share with one or 2 persons after my current tenancy ends August 13th 2026 (I can be partially flexible on this date). I currently live in a small studio in Kemptown, Brighton, and I have loved living here for the past 3 years, however, I do not have a washing machine or bath, and would like to move into a property with these amenities.
I currently work full time, as a support worker, and I have an allotment near the Brighton Racecourse where I spend most of my spare time, so staying in the Kemptown area would be ideal. I am grounded, mature and sociable but my party days are over and I am looking for people(s) ideally in similar situations. I do not have a problem with alcohol but don't really drink myself, though 420 is not an issue. I respect individual privacy and consider myself as very friendly and adaptable to people and situations. I also have a passion for cooking and try to make most of my food from scratch, so you may see me in the kitchen more than a pot noodle lover! I also have a bicycle and love to get out and about during my days off, and I should mention that I have a partner who is sane and sorted, so you may see him from time to time and I often visit him too.
