Hi, I’m Joel.

I’m looking for a double room, studio, or 1-bed apartment. If it’s a house share, I’d prefer to live with no more than three people, ideally with two WCs and access to shared living areas.

I’m easy-going, tidy, respectful, and enjoy a relaxed, homely environment. My work sometimes involves creative projects, so I occasionally need some quiet time to focus. Outside of that, I’m friendly, considerate, and always happy to get along with my housemates.
