Looking for a room by the sea

I'm in my 40's but going on 20 still. I've just got back from living in Australia for 12 years and love the ocean. Originally from London, I am looking to create a home with one or a few others by the sea. I'm self-employed, but I also freelance. I'm a singer/vocalist and DJ, and I promote events and parties.

I'm a freelance event producer for my corporate tings. I love cooking, staying fit, and going out dancing to music. I like home to be a sanctuary but also i love entertaining and having dinner guests, or chilled evenings. As I work between various projects I am looking for somewhere i can hold space at home and work in a healthy, creative environment.
