Hello,
I am a Master's student at a Russell Group University (currently on a career-change break from my NHS work) who seeks a quiet studio or 1-bedroom flat to rent.

Preferred Locations:
Top Choices: Honor Oak, Forest Hill, Brockley, Sydenham, Crofton Park, Southwark, Lewisham.

Station Proximity: Greenwich (Jubilee Line), Dulwich (close to station), Deptford, Canada Water, or Surrey Quays (walking distance to station).

Please Note: No Norwood, Catford, or Peckham.

Payment: Studying so Rent is currently covered via Housing Benefit / Universal Credit (rent guaranteed).

Floor: First floor or above (no ground floor, please).

For Studios: A separate kitchen is highly preferred.
Arrangement: No live-in landlords if the house is split into flats.

Environment: Must be a quiet, peaceful space in a safe area suitable for study and rest. Cleanliness and respect for privacy are essential.

Bonus: Water, Council Tax, or all bills included is a major plus.
